An arriving e-mail, like a request or complain, can be automatically converted into a task. Tasks can also be sent by e-mail, even if the receiver is not a Task-Base user. Minutes

Meetings are a very important part of the daily work. There, decisions are taken and thus tasks have to be executed. Task-Base will make sure, that nothing will be forgotten. Minutes can be written directly in MS-WORD within Task-Base. Before distribution, the minutes will be registered, and put down in archive (database). The register is built in modern Browser technology and is very easy to be build and maintain by the system administrator. Minutes can be found at any time according to different criteria, up to the full text search. A characteristic of Task-Base. is the unique and elegant feature of assigning tasks directly from minutes. Decisions can also be archived separately, so it is also possible to search by decisions.

Contacts

The contact list contains the basic data of all persons, who are registered in the system: Internal user, groups, teams, destribution lists and private contacts, that can be seen by the specific user only. It shows their communication data and work linkages within the organisation and according to its hierarchy. If an active directory is used, Task-Base will access this data directly.
